Here's the dealio... a while back I saw this drawing by one of the artists on here... and liked the pose and all... Being a photo-manipulator in the past... I know how important it is to give credit and get permissions... I did a render as a tribute to the artist... tucked it safely away in Stash, and composed a nice note telling him/her what I did and waited for a reply... didn't want to upset the artist, right? well 30+ days later I'm still sitting here... checking my notes... seeing that the artist hasn't even read it. Should I go ahead and submit it?  hold onto it? I don't know what to do. thoughts?

I know imitation is the oldest form of flattery.... But I'm not talking about imitation... I had an image fav'ed by someone random.. so I did like I always do, I check out their gallery... to see what their stuff looks like.  Maybe they have some details that I've been missing... maybe they have some kickss (https://www.deviantart.com/ss) work I'd like to fav.. So I'm tinkering around again... and wonder...
